Yoga for Athletes is an all levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize the body for increased athletic performance in any sport. However, even if you aren't an athlete this yoga class is for you!
We will focus on opening areas that get stiff from any type of regular moment such as shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more.
This is a vinyasa style yoga, linking poses with the breath in a fluid way while also taking time to slow down and relax in more restorative type poses.
Beginners and all levels welcome!
